Application of a queuing network with positive and negative arrivals for modeling a computer network with antivirus software

In article we investigate a queuing network with positive and negative requests, consisting of systems with control and quarantine queues. The application of such a network as a stochastic model of a computer network with antivirus is described. A system of difference-differential equations for possible states of described queueing network is derived. In case when the network is in saturation mode the expressions for the expected number of requests in the control and quarantine queues are obtained.
